      Charge the battery packs with the included USB cable, connect them to your slippers and press the round button on the side. A thin red ring lights up and the carbon-fiber heating starts warming the sole. Choose between 3 heat settings to find your comfort level.

      Each pair comes with two rechargeable 2500 mAh battery packs and a USB cable. Charge the packs before first use with any USB phone charger or laptop port. Charging and warm-up times can vary.

      The slippers come in two size ranges: EU 34–39 (US women's 4–8.5) and EU 40–44 (US men's 7–10.5). The stretchy knit heel hugs your foot, so each range fits a span of sizes. If you're between ranges, go for the larger one.

      Always remove the battery packs first. Spot clean or hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent and let them air dry completely before reconnecting the batteries. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or dry on a radiator. Follow the care label supplied with your slippers.

      Shipping is free on all US orders. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Dispatch takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 8–9 business days in transit. Allow approximately 9–11 business days in total; timing can vary by destination.
